Dumpzr is a locally owned roll-off dumpster rental company based in Rochester, MN. We're a small, new business built for local contractors and homeowners who need 20-yard bins for construction and demolition jobs across Olmsted County and the surrounding region.
Why can't I put household trash in the dumpster?

Olmsted County regulations restrict our roll-offs to construction and demolition (C&D) debris only. General household trash, food waste, and bulky junk like mattresses must go through municipal pickup or a different licensed hauler.
Do you take orders by phone?

Yes. You can book online through the booking widget, or call us directly if you'd rather talk to a person. We're local, we answer, and there's no call center — just the owner and the crew.
How fast can you deliver in Rochester, MN?

Most orders placed before 3pm get a next-business-day drop in Rochester and immediate surrounding towns. The live calendar in the booking widget shows real availability — if a date is selectable, it's available.
What sizes do you offer?

How much does a dumpster rental cost in Rochester?

How long can I keep the dumpster?

Choose 1, 3, or 7 days at checkout. If you need more time, call or text before pickup and we'll extend it if the schedule allows. Extension pricing is shown up front.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?

Our trucks set bins down with hydraulic rollers, but any heavy steel container can leave marks. Choose the plywood-pad option at checkout if you want extra protection. It's the cheapest insurance against driveway scuffs.
What towns do you serve outside Rochester?

What happens if I accidentally put a prohibited item in the bin?

Pull it out before pickup if you can. If a load arrives at the transfer station with prohibited material, the county may charge a contamination fee — Dumpzr passes that through at cost, not as a markup. Better to email a photo first if you're unsure.
What if I have household trash, appliances, or bulky items?

Dumpzr roll-offs are C&D only, so household trash and bulky items like appliances, mattresses, and furniture can't go in the bin. We also own Countryside Cleanup LLC, a local junk removal company that can haul those items for you.
