Dumpzr is a locally owned roll-off dumpster rental company based in Rochester, MN. We're a small, new business built for local contractors and homeowners who need 20-yard bins for construction and demolition jobs across Olmsted County and the surrounding region.
Can I put household trash in the dumpster?

County regulations keep our roll-offs to construction and demolition (C&D) materials. Some contamination is expected and allowed. We do not accept full loads of MSW (trash). If you're unsure whether your load works, call us and we'll give you a straight answer.
Do you take orders by phone?

Yes. You can book online through the booking widget, or call us directly if you'd rather talk to a person. We're local, we answer, and there's no call center — just the owner and the crew.
How fast can you deliver in Rochester, MN?

Most orders placed before 3pm get a next-business-day drop in Rochester and immediate surrounding towns. The live calendar in the booking widget shows real availability — if a date is selectable, it's available.
What sizes do you offer?

We currently rent 20-yard C&D roll-offs, which handle most kitchen remodels, garage demos, two-layer roofs, and medium cleanouts. Need a different size? Call us and we'll point you in the right direction.
How much does a dumpster rental cost in Rochester?

Pricing is flat and shown at checkout before you pay. Our 20-yard C&D rentals are $199 for 1 day, $279 for 3 days, $329 for 7 days, and $399 for 14 days. Every rental includes 1 ton of disposal weight; additional weight is billed at $80/ton when we dump it. Price depends on rental length and drop location. There are no fuel surcharges or hidden fees added after booking.
How long can I keep the dumpster?

Choose 1, 3, 7, or 14 days at checkout. If you need more time, call or text before pickup and we'll extend it if the schedule allows. Extension pricing is shown up front.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?

Our trucks set bins down with hydraulic rollers, but any heavy steel container can leave marks. If you're worried about a soft or freshly sealed driveway, call us before drop-off and we'll walk through options with you.
Do you offer a smaller dumpster?

Not yet. Today we run 20-yard C&D roll-offs. 15-yard bins are coming soon for tighter driveways and smaller jobs — call or check back if you'd like a heads-up when they go live.
What towns do you serve outside Rochester?

Byron, Stewartville, Pine Island, Kasson, Oronoco, Eyota, Chatfield, Dodge Center, Mantorville, Plainview, and Zumbrota are all standard delivery. Enter your address at checkout for a live availability check.
What happens if I accidentally put a prohibited item in the bin?

No panic — some contamination is expected and okay. Pull the item out before pickup if you can. A load with a lot of prohibited material may be charged a contamination fee, which we pass through at cost, not as a markup. When in doubt, send us a photo first.
What if I have household trash, appliances, or bulky items?

Our bins are built for construction and demolition materials, so bulky items like appliances, mattresses, and furniture are best kept out. Good news: we also own Countryside Cleanup LLC, a local junk removal company that can haul those items for you.
