County regulations keep Dumpzr roll-offs to construction and demolition (C&D) materials — that's what this list covers. Some contamination is expected and allowed. We do not accept full loads of MSW (trash). If you're ever unsure whether something's allowed, just call 507-577-5550 — we'd rather answer a quick question than have you guess.

- ✓Windows and doors (glass intact)
- ✓Insulation (loose or bagged, non-friable)

- ✕Household trash and food waste
- ✕Appliances of any kind (fridges, stoves, washers, dryers, AC units, etc.)
- ✕Mattresses, box springs, upholstered furniture
- ✕Tires
- ✕Liquids, paint, solvents, oil
- ✕Batteries (any type)
- ✕Electronics and TVs
- ✕Hazardous waste, asbestos, or anything friable
- ✕Yard waste, sod, dirt-only loads
- ✕Sealed drums or compressed cylinders
A NOTE ON FEES
Some contamination is expected and allowed, so don't stress over every scrap. But loads with a lot of unaccepted items will incur additional fees, and an excessive amount of trash may be reclassified as municipal solid waste (MSW) and charged at an additional $279/ton. Not sure about an item? Call us before you load it — it's the easy way to avoid surprises.
GOT TRASH OR BULKY ITEMS? WE'VE GOT YOU.
Our roll-offs are built for construction materials, but we also own Countryside Cleanup LLC, a local junk removal service that can haul household trash, appliances, mattresses, furniture, and other bulky items the roll-off can't take.
WHY C&D?
Dumpzr is set up for the construction and demolition stream, which routes materials into sorted recycling and recovery instead of the landfill — better for your project and the community. Some incidental contamination is expected and okay — a stray item or two won't make or break your rental. If your load is mostly household trash, give us a call first and we'll help you sort out the best option.
